Sauna sessions are proven to reduce inflammation in the body, restore cells with damaged mitochondria, and reduce cardiovascular risk by supporting the circulatory system. The infrared system promotes detoxification in order to heal the body from chronic disease states that require pathways out, and the red-light therapy rejuvinates the skin from oxidative stress and environmental impurities.

Research shows using a sauna 4x weekly for 40 minutes can reduce all time cardiovascular mortality risk by 67%, and even once a week decreases inflammation by 12%. The sauna is open for reservations for 1-2 people per session, and is in operation during our normal business hours.

We offer custom treatment regimens for our patients suffering from chronic disease, micronutrient deficiences, or systemic inflammation.
