I choose not to participate directly with insurance companies for billing patient visits, due to the lack of transparency they offer to both the patients and providers, regarding how they cover and reimburse for appointments. This saves time to better dedicate to patient-care, rather than chase after submitted claims that they do not pay, and therefore increasing overhead and billed costs in the practice.

I do this to help keep prices low and fair for self-pay visit rates, constant applied discounts to supplements and vitamins available for patient purchase, and reduces the cost of IV and injectable therapies to be as affordable as possible.

We will work with your insurance company to order covered labs, medications, and provide itemized superbills for reimbursement. This means labs we order will be covered by your insurance plan, as well as insurance coverage for medications that may be prescribed and sent to your pharmacy.

I am happy to offer discounts for patients on Medicare, Tenncare, teachers with Meritan Health Insurance, Military & First Responders.
We also offer a multi-family member visit discount - please inquire with our office for details.

Level 1 - 20 minutes - $50
Acute illness (sinus infection, ear infection, UTI, etc.)

Level 2 - 30 mins - $75
Comprehensive Wellness Exam - Age 6-19
Established Patient follow-up (HRT)
Medication Managment (requiring changes to regimen)

Level 3 - 60 mins - $150

Est. Pt Comprehensive Wellness (with lab review)
Chronic/Complex Patient Follow-Up (with lab review)

New Patients - $225

Initial Comprehensive Visit (with lab review)
The structure of this initial visit will consist of a 60 minute intake exam prior to labs, with an included 45 minute lab-review scheduled for 2 weeks after.
Established patient follow-up's with labs will have their labs ordered and drawn prior to their appointments.

We also offer self-pay rates on labwork for un-insured patients - please inquire!
